Owner Paul is one of the most experienced in the business and prides himself in providing only the best products, fitters and service. He’s created a complete turnkey experience for his customers, making creating your dream bathroom as stress-free as it possibly can be.

Paul recruits each member of our team, and our fitters go through a rigorous selection process. Over the years, he’s built a top-class team of experienced fitters with incredible workmanship and attention to detail.

Ashley has been fitting bathrooms for 20 years now, his grandad was a bathroom fitter and inspired him to follow in his footsteps. Ashley fitted his first bathroom when he was 16! 

Ashley has been with Watertight Bathrooms from the very start and even helped refurbish our Horsforth showroom. He’s a real perfectionist and his ethos is to treat any customer’s house as if it was his own. He loves working with the luxury bathroom suppliers that we partner with, especially Hangrohe.

Ashley is a lifelong Leeds United fan and when he’s not working loves traveling, being outdoors and is a bit of an adrenaline junkie. 

Ashley takes his tea strong with one sugar and he never ever says no to cake!

Richard has been fitting bathrooms for over 15 years now, and has been with Watertight Bathrooms since 2020. Before he focussed on bathrooms, Richard was a shop fitter which has helped hone his eye for detail and a perfect finish. He’s even fitted a tap for Seal (the artist, not the sea mammal).

When he’s not at work he has his hands full with 6 children and 7 grandchildren, plus his menagerie of animals including two 4 ft. fish, Tinkerbell the cat and two rabbits with their very own rabbit hotel, built by Richard. And he still gets time to get to gigs, his favourite being Metallica.

He likes his tea or coffee strong and white.

Tristan has been a bathroom fitter for over 25 years and has been with Watertight Bathrooms since 2021. Tristan helped to refurb our stunning Horsforth showroom if you’d like to see some of his work. Tristan is a very skilled fitter and even built his own house!  

Tristan is another Leeds United fan and a qualified football coach and lives with his wife, two children and a dog. For him there’s nothing better than standing back and looking at a finished bathroom and seeing the difference that you’ve made.

No tea for Tristan, just a white coffee please.

Seb has been a bathroom fitter for over 12 years, and joined team Watertight 2022. He’s been a great addition to our team ever since. Seb is always happy and smiling and really enjoys working on adapted and mobility bathrooms, helping to give someone a new lease of life in their own home.

Seb is perhaps the most smiley member of our team, he’s always happy and upbeat. He lives with his wife, two children, four gerbils and two cats.

He likes tea and coffee, both white with one sugar please.

Max is a second-year apprentice fitter and you’ll find him accompanying and being mentored by one of our other more experienced fitters. He loves fitting out days. Max spent 18 months on site before transitioning into the office to take over the local authority surveys, pricing, project management and surveying.

Outside of work he lives a very social and active life and has two dogs and one cat.

Max has tea with milk and one sugar, please.

Tim is our Senior Sales Designer and we believe that nobody is as good as Tim at coming up with beautiful bathroom designs. Tim makes your ideas for a dream bathroom come together and then some.

Tim has over 30 years in the industry and knows it back to front, if you’d like to arrange a design appointment with him then please get in touch.

Tim is known for his array of patterned shirts, a love of cricket and the Bradford Bulls. He lives with his wife Claire, son George and cockapoo Minnie.

Tim is far more likely to offer you a drink, but if he’s coming round to measure up, tea or coffee, white, no sugar please.

Jamie has been fitting bathrooms for 20 years and knows the job inside out. He takes real pride in his work and brings that level of experience and attention to detail to every project he takes on.

Outside of work, Jamie is a married man with four kids – three of whom are grown up. When he's not on the tools, you'll find him watching football. He's a Sheffield Wednesday fan, for his sins.

Coffee, milk, two sugars please.

Rob is a joiner by trade and has spent the last four years putting those skills to excellent use fitting bathrooms. It shows – he's got a great eye for a clean finish and knows how to make things fit perfectly.

At home, Rob has two small children and a third on the way, so life is keeping him pretty busy off-site too. When he does get a spare moment, you'll find him on the golf course.
