Owner Paul is one of the most experienced in the business and prides himself in providing only the best products, fitters and service. He’s created a complete turnkey, project managed experience for his customers, making creating your dream bathroom as stress free as it possibly can be.
Paul handpicks each member of our team and our fitters go through a rigorous selection process and he’s created a top class team of experienced workmanship. Here’s a bit more about them…
Our Fitters
Ashley
Ashley has been fitting bathrooms for 18 years now, his Grandad was a bathroom fitter and inspired him to follow in his footsteps. Ashley fitted his first bathroom when he was 16!
Ashley has been with Watertight Bathrooms from the very start and even helped to refurbish our Horsforth showroom. He’s a real perfectionist and his ethos is to treat any customer’s house as if it was his own. He loves working with the luxury bathroom suppliers that we partner with, especially Hangrohe.
Ashley is a lifelong Leeds United fan and when he’s not working loves traveling, being outdoors and is a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
Ashley takes his tea strong with one sugar and he never ever says no to cake!
Richard
Richard has been fitting bathrooms for over 15 years now, and has been with Watertight Bathrooms for almost 5 years. Before he focussed on bathrooms, Richard was a shop fitter which has helped hone his eye for detail and a perfect finish. He’s even fitted a tap for Seal (the artist, not the sea mammal.)
When he’s not at work he has his hands full with 6 children and 7 grandchildren, his menagerie of animals including 2, 4 foot fish, Tinkerbell the cat and 2 rabbits with their very own rabbit hotel, built by Richard. And he still gets time to get to gigs, his favourite being Metalica.
He likes his tea or coffee strong and white.
Tristan
Tristan has been a bathroom fitter for over 25 years and has spent the last 5 years with Watertight Bathrooms, helping to refurb our stunning Horsforth showroom if you’d like to see some of his work. Tristan is a very skilled fitter and even built his own house!
Tristan is another Leeds United fan and a qualified football coach and lives with his wife, 2 children and a dog. For him there’s nothing better than standing back and looking at a finished bathroom and seeing the difference that you’ve made.
No tea here, just a white coffee please.
Seb
Seb has been a bathroom fitter for over 12 years, and joined team Watertight over a year ago, he’s been a great addition to our team. Seb is always happy and smiling and really enjoys working on adapted and mobility bathrooms and giving the person that needs them a new lease of life.
Seb is perhaps the smiliest member of our team, he’s always happy and smiling. He lives with his wife, 2 children, 4 gerbils and 2 cats.
He likes tea and coffee, both white with 1 sugar please.
Brandon
Brandon has been fitting bathrooms for 2 years now. His favourite type of work is fitting bathrooms for elderly and vulnerable people, especially when they haven’t been able to bathe or shower for a long time it’s nice to know you’ve made a difference and that customer will have something that everybody should have.
Brandon was in the British Army for 7 years and has been deployed on 2 tours of Afghanistan. In his spare time he’s into Muay Thai boxing and Football. He lives with his fiance and 2 dogs – Charlie and Henry.
Yorkshire tea with 2 sugars or coffee with just one, please.
Sam
Sam has been a plumber for over 20 years now but has been specialising in bathroom fitting for over a decade. He enjoys fitting wet rooms and any jobs that involve complex tiling. He loves working with products from JTP taps and Hangrohe.
Sam enjoys getting out for a walk in the countryside and a decent Sunday lunch.
Sam lives with his partner, 3 year old son and his French bulldog Lola.
Max
Max is a 2nd year apprentice fitter and you’ll find him accompanying and being mentored by one of our other more experienced fitters. He loves fitting out days.
Outside of work he lives a very social and active life and has 2 dogs and 1 cat.
Max has tea with milk and 1 sugar, please.
Office Team
Tim
Tim is our Sales Manager and we believe that nobody is as good as Tim at coming up with beautiful bathroom designs. Tim makes your ideas for a dream bathroom come together and then some.
Tim has over 30 years in the industry and knows it back to front, if you’d like to arrange a design appointment with him then please get in touch.
Tim is known for his array of patterned shirts, he lives with his wife Claire, son George and cockapoo Minnie.
Tim is far more likely to offer you a drink but if he’s coming round to measure up, tea or coffee, white, no sugar please.
Molly
Molly is our Purchase Ledger and has been with us for over 2 years now. She loves Ca’Pietra tiles because of all the different styles and finishes they provide.
Another Leeds United fan who likes baking, journaling and is teaching herself to speak French.
Molly is more likely to be offering you a drink but she’s a coffee girl, milk and one heaped sugar.
